March- Lots of AWANA, snow, hikes and a RAGNAR

This month we have had lots of events with AWANA.  We participated in our first derby and we learned a lot.  The girls loved decorating their cars which is good because we didn't break any speed records with our beautiful cars!
Our 2017 family goal is to take at least 1 hike a month.  We definitely accomplished that during this month.  The first place we hiked was Dunbar Cave and the second was supposed to be Abraham Lincoln's birthplace but we didn't take into account that we would be crossing time zones so that was more of a sprint instead of a nice hike.
SNOW!! There was a great 3 hours of snow one Saturday so we got our gear on and enjoyed as much of the snow day as we could.  We jumped on our trampoline, had a snowball fight with at the park (kids vs adults) and then went to a hill and went sledding!
